Customer Experience Specialist (Entry-Level)

Support customers through the mortgage loan process in a fast-paced onsite call center in St. Louis, Missouri. You'll handle calls, texts, and emails, manage up to 75 loans at a time, and provide excellent service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle ~30 calls/day and manage ~60 loans/week
  • Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
  • Track loan progress from start to closing
  • Enter and verify data accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems
  • Follow company policies and meet performance goals

Schedule & Availability:

  • Onsite position in St. Louis, MO
  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Office open from 6 AM – 8 PM; some flexibility available
  • Must be available to work between 7 AM – 7 PM as needed
  • One late shift (until 7 PM) per week (with a late start the next day)
  • Required to work 2 Saturday shifts per quarter, 8 AM – 12 PM

Top Skills Needed:

  • Customer Service: Friendly, clear, and professional communication
  • Call Center Experience: Comfortable handling high call volumes
  • Mortgage or Financial Services Knowledge: Preferred but not required
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google tools, and CRM systems
  • Problem Solving: Able to think critically and resolve issues quickly
  • Time Management: Stay organized and meet deadlines
  • Team Player: Works well with others and independently
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate with data and documentation
