Description
We are looking for a NetSuite lead/product owner.
Responsibilities:
• System Maintenance: Maintain the NetSuite platform to optimize performance and functionality.
• User Support: Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on NetSuite features and best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates.
• Documentation: Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and internal SME.
- Manage system configurations, customizations, workflows, roles, and permissions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, reports, and KPIs to support business operations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users across departments.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with NetSuite support for issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead enhancement initiatives.
Compensation:$70
