We are seeking an Entry Level Travelling Water Slide Restoration Technician who will join project teams traveling across the country to clean and restore waterslides at various waterparks and pools. This role involves performing labor-intensive tasks such as climbing, lifting, powerwashing, and painting. You will utilize tools like grinders, orbital sanders, and other hand and power tools to buff out scratches, replace panels, and apply protective coatings. Responsibilities- Travel across the country with project teams to restore waterslides.
- Perform tasks such as climbing, lifting, powerwashing, and painting.
- Utilize grinders, orbital sanders, and other tools for maintenance and restoration.
- Buff out scratches and replace panels as needed.
- Apply protective coatings to waterslides.
- Experience with general labor, hand tools, and power tools.
- Knowledge of grinders, construction, production, and restoration.
- Familiarity with tasks such as trenching, digging, farming, power washing, and painting.
- Must be able to travel extensively and be on the road for extended periods.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.

Work EnvironmentThis role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, ranging from cold to hot environments, and will often involve getting wet and dirty. Expect to work 5-6 days per week with 10-20 hours of overtime. The work season runs from January to June and resumes in September until Thanksgiving, with travel and lodging expenses covered by the employer. Flexibility to take unpaid time off is available, but the role requires being on the road with teams throughout the season.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
