As a Contract Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing brand experiences in the pet care industry. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and key stakeholders to develop high-quality data products.
Responsibilities
- Collect, examine, and shape requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure comprehensive documentation of business needs.
- Facilitate the identification and translation of core business needs into high-quality data products.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Business Partners to refine a robust backlog of user stories.
- Enhance end-user satisfaction through continuous improvement of usability testing and product delivery.
- Participate in all agile ceremonies and weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with marketing data.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience with business analysis techniques, data analysis, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
- Knowledge of consumer packaged goods terminology and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis software such as Excel and SQL, and digital marketing metrics.

Work Environment
This position is based in St. Louis, MO, and requires full-time commitment with a 40-hour workweek. The work schedule includes onsite work from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
