RFP Analyst, Client Services

Overview

Responsibilities

The RFP team is part of NISA's Client Services Group and plays a strategic role in supporting new business development and client transparency. The RFP Analyst will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). This includes coordinating with subject matter experts across the firm to craft accurate, compelling responses that reflect NISA's investment capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, editing, and proofreading written responses for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather and verify information
• Managing and updating proposal content in Loopio
• Compiling and analyzing data using proprietary Excel workbooks
• Ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance across all materials
• Supporting process improvements and content quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in RFPs, investment communications, or financial services preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (including formulas), and PowerPoint
• Experience with RFP content software (e.g., RocketDocs, Loopio, Qvidian) is a plus
• General knowledge of financial services and investment management preferred
• Team-oriented with a proactive, collaborative approach
