We’re looking for a Shipper & Receiver who enjoys a mix of packaging, forklift operation, and day‑to‑day warehouse responsibilities — all inside a brand-new, climate‑controlled facility.
🚚 What You’ll Do
As our Shipping Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our products moving. Your day will include:
- Verifying orders using part numbers, descriptions, and quantities
- Packaging small and large items with care and efficiency
- Building or modifying pallets/crates when needed
- Preparing shipments in our ERP system
- Printing packing slips & bills of lading
- Scheduling LTL carriers and ensuring accurate pickup
- Keeping shipments organized, protected, and correctly labeled
- Maintaining clean, accurate, and complete shipping documentation
Every package that leaves our facility has your signature of quality.
đź› Essential Skills
We’re looking for someone with:
- Packing, picking, and packaging experience
- Shipping & receiving knowledge
- Loading/unloading
- Inventory awareness
- General labor skills
- Forklift operation (sit-down preferred)
đź’ˇ Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years in shipping or warehouse operations
- Forklift experience (big plus!)
- Basic carpentry skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wentzville, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
