Faciliteis Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building controls. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and manufacturing support equipment.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building controls.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing support equipment such as compressors, pumps, conveyors, and utility systems.
• Maintain and repair building structures, including doors, flooring, walls, and roofing as needed.
• Monitor and maintain facility utilities (water, air, gas, power) to ensure consistent operation.

• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, lighting, drywall, and facility maintenance.

• Experience with conveyor systems.
• Strong technical skills in industrial maintenance.

This position operates within a manufacturing environment, requiring hands-on work with facility systems and manufacturing support equipment. The work schedule may vary, and safety is a top priority.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pearl, MS.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
