We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Worker to perform essential maintenance and repair tasks. Your primary responsibilities will involve scraping, sanding, and painting of fascia and soffits, as well as the repair or replacement of these components as needed. Additionally, you will handle interior trim replacement and repair for windows and doors, install or remove door hardware like hinges and handles, and perform basic building maintenance tasks. General clean-up of the work area is also expected.
Responsibilities- Scrape, sand, and paint fascia and soffits of the building.
- Repair or replace fascia and soffits as needed.
- Replace and repair interior trims for windows and doors.
- Install and remove door hardware including hinges and handles.
- Perform basic building maintenance tasks.
- Conduct general clean-up of the work area.
- Building maintenance experience.
- Repair skills, including plumbing.
- Facilities maintenance knowledge.
- Carpentry skills.
- At least 6 months of experience in painting or carpentry.
This position offers a Contract-to-Hire (CTH) opportunity along with comprehensive benefits, including 401K, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off (PTO).
Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings within a veterans' home. The role involves working in varied conditions, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
