Description
contractor will be supporting an escalation team within enterprise complaints and product services to perform intake duties on complaints and capture regulatory reporting elements as needed.
DUTIES
- Take inbound customer calls and transfer them to the corresponding research team
- Gather customer data and ensure it is captured accurately
- Minor Data analysis
- Provide white glove customer service
