TEKsystems is hiring a large group of Customer Service Representatives to work FULLY REMOTE assisting on an education project.
These positions will offer FULLY REMOTE capability; however, applicants must be available for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am-11pm -weekend hours will be included with most shifts Sunday- Sunday EST (40 hour work week)
This is a customer support role which will focus on assisting customers in an inbound call center capacity. These positions will entail a call volume of around 60-80 calls per day. NO COLD CALLS.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Support families via inbound calls, assisting them through the enrollment process
-Make outbound calls to families interested in enrolling
-Inputting all notes from calls into the database
-Performing follow up calls when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
-1-2+ years of call center experience required
-Ability to learn new systems efficiently
-Strong computer skills are required
-Able to handle a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
PAY
17/hr.
