What You’ll Do

• 🎨 Lead Design Excellence: Drive design development for small to mid-sized projects and contribute to large-scale initiatives with senior guidance.
• 🧠 Think Big, Design Smart: Create compelling typology studies, programming documents, site analyses, sketches, models, and presentations that bring ideas to life.
• 🤝 Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and technical precision.
• 🛠️ Ensure Design Integrity: Oversee execution from concept through construction, maintaining quality and intent every step of the way.
• 📚 Mentor & Inspire: Support junior staff, share knowledge, and contribute to firmwide design critiques and outreach efforts.

What You Bring

• 🎓 Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
• 🏥 Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience, with a strong focus in healthcare design.
• 💻 Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BSD Spec Link.
• 🖼️ A portfolio that showcases your design talent, technical skills, and leadership in project delivery.
