Scrum Master

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-impact digital and technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to foster collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Guide teams through Agile/Scrum practices and principles
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress
• Support Product Owners in managing backlogs and prioritization
• Track and report team performance metrics and progress
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to align on dependencies and deliverables

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred but not required
