We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong experience in test automation, QA process governance, and agile team collaboration. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with modern testing tools and frameworks, a passion for quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications across web, mobile, API, and data integration layers. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence quality practices across cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test scripts.
- Implement and manage test automation tools within CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with agile teams to define, refine, and uphold QA standards and best practices.
- Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to test strategy, planning, and estimation.
- Participate in user story grooming, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
- Validate data integration across applications, including ETL workflows and cross‑system data consistency.
- Test web UI and mobile applications across functional, usability, and regression scenarios.
- Contribute to and enhance automation frameworks—not just execute scripts.
- Work closely with an existing automation team on shared tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Enforce QA governance, promote quality practices, and educate teams across the organization.
- Test applications built on low‑code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Salesforce) and support CI/CD deployments for low‑code solutions.
Top Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in QA roles with UI and API test automation (Selenium, Appium, UFT).
- Strong experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps or Micro Focus Octane.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Hands‑on experience with ETL/data integration testing and data validation.
- Familiarity with low‑code platforms (Power Platform, Salesforce, UiPath).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and agile delivery skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience with API testing tools such as Postman or ReadyAPI.
- 3+ years of experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, ReadyAPI Performance).
- 3+ years of experience with automated data validation tools (QuerySurge, RightData, PowerCenter).
- Experience implementing testing tools within CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying and testing low‑code development solutions within CI/CD environments.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $53.00 - $57.00/hr.
