Description
We are selling a merchant process and solution to new and existing customers. Will be taking inbound calls and/or chats from the queue from customers that are interested in finding a merchant solution.
Come join the Small Business Group (SBG) as an Inside Sales Consultant. SBG Inside sales supports our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage and grow their small business. You’ll spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses discussion their aspirations, uncovering needs and discovering problems you can help them solve with our offerings including Supplies, Financial Management, Payroll and Payments solutions.
Our Sales Consultants are expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know the ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to specific customer needs uncovered in the sales conversation. Across all of our channels and workgroups, SBG Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customers’ usage of the ecosystem of products.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVE: payment processing/merchant services sales experience
Full cycle sales experience, taking a sale from prospect to close
The candidate they want can have a natural flowing conversation with confidence
Computer literacy, must be proficient in technology
IDEAL candidate has software sales.
They must have consultative sales experience dealing with tech or small businesses.
