  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License required or near completion.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in electrical design for industrial or commercial facilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM workflows.
  • Solid understanding of NEC, NFPA, and other relevant electrical codes and standards.
  • Proven ability to lead design efforts and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience

  • Sector experience in Food & Beverage, Automotive, Advanced Manufacturing, or Data Centers.
  • Familiarity with low-voltage systems, lighting controls, and energy-efficient design strategies.
  • Experience with construction-phase support and commissioning activities.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced office environment with opportunities for professional growth.
  • Occasional travel for site visits and client meetings may be required.
