Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in High Point, NC. This position focuses on facilities maintenance, particularly in industrial settings, where you will utilize your expertise to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of equipment.

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and facility equipment.
• Maintain facility utilities and support general building maintenance.
• Complete accurate maintenance documentation.
• Support safe work practices and operational reliability.

• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in HVAC and facilities maintenance is required.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Skilled in maintaining and replacing air compressors, pumping systems, chillers, and boilers.
• Capability to perform lighting repairs and minor plumbing tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for maintaining logs and work orders.

• Basic skills in industrial electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Basic experience with air compressors, compressed air dryers, refrigeration, HVAC, and chillers.
• EPA universal certification is a plus.

This role operates on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule from 7pm to 7am, providing a night shift differential. Work in a collaborative environment with opportunities to contribute to preventive maintenance reporting and participate in dashboard activities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of High Point, NC.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
