We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assemblers, responsible for the daily assembly of large parts for windows and doors. This role involves working on your feet throughout the day, with regular lifting of items weighing 50+ pounds. You will utilize hand tools, tape measures, and interpret blueprints and drawings to complete your tasks.
Responsibilities- Assemble various doors and windows to blueprint specifications.
- Use hand tools and tape measures to ensure precise specifications.
- Engage in mechanical assembly and general labor tasks.
- Follow production guidelines and quality standards.
- Experience in commercial/manufacturing settings.
- Minimum of 6 months of assembly experience preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measures.
- Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and drawings.
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly and general labor.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a large, non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. Expect to work 5 ten-hour shifts, with optional overtime available on Saturdays. The work environment requires adaptability to temperature changes and involves continuous physical activity.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indian Trail, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
