Job Description
This role requires candidates to be responsible for the daily assembly of large parts for windows and doors. The position involves physical activity, such as standing all day and regularly lifting items weighing over 50 lbs. Applicants should be proficient in using hand tools, tape measures, and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
Responsibilities
- Assemble various doors and windows according to blueprint specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and tape measures to ensure precise specifications.
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks and general labor duties.
- Proficiency in assembly processes.
- Experience with hand tools and tape measures.
- Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.
- Commercial or manufacturing experience is required.
- A minimum of 6 months assembly experience is preferred.
- Experience in working with tape measures and hand tools.

Work Environment
Work in a large, non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. Overtime is available, with the opportunity to work 5 ten-hour shifts and optional Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroe, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
