Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to perform electrical maintenance and repair work on production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, install, maintain, and repair electrical components, conduct routine inspections, and collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance and repair work on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in production equipment and facility systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical components and systems, including wiring, motors, and control panels.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to address electrical issues and improve overall facility operations.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical maintenance preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, control panels, and PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Effective communication skills.

Work Environment
The facility offers a clean working environment with state-of-the-art equipment. Employees typically work the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Once a month, employees will have a long shift rotation from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and if working Saturday, the hours are generally from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Production runs from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Maintenance mirrors this schedule, with one technician starting an hour earlier in rotation to prep machines, working from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM during that week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Monroe, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $67600.00/yr.
