Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide essential technical assistance. You will play a critical role in resolving electrical or engineering problems encountered before, during, and after construction.

• Provide basic technical assistance and resolution for electrical or engineering issues.
• Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes using engineering data and electrical principles.
• Collaborate with engineers and personnel to solve developmental problems.
• Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related issues.
• Draw or modify diagrams and write engineering specifications for experimental electronics units.
• Install, repair, modify, and upgrade industrial control systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality control inspections and report findings and recommendations.
• Prepare project cost and work-time estimates as needed.
• Complete all necessary documentation fully and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and adhere to 5S standards.
• Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience with industrial machinery, ideally 2-4 years.
• Experience with mechanical systems: pneumatics, hydraulics, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting.
• Electrical knowledge: Phase 3, AC/DC, PLC logic (trainable).
• Must have own tools.
• Experience in industrial, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance repair.

• CNC maintenance experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, conveyers, motors, and installation.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and electrical maintenance.

The work environment is a very clean and neat plant, operating on a 2nd shift schedule from 2pm to 10pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, NC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
