Description
The primary responsibility of the position will be to act as the tier one helpdesk technician for the entire organization. They will see a variety of tickets come in with the majority of those being password reset requests. They may also resolve issues with Office 365, Active Directory or the "blue screen of death". On average this technician will take 20 tickets /day via email and phone support. They will work hand in hand with other technicians and engineers to work on projects and resolve issues that are internal to the client
This role will be onsite Monday to Friday 8-5pm
