Position Overview
This role serves as a lead within the delivery organization, requiring thought leadership and oversight of small to midsized processes, products, and programs throughout the delivery lifecycle. The position involves tactical management of assigned projects, influencing timelines and expectations, and proactively negotiating within scope to achieve technology and business goals while managing overall risk to the organization.
Responsibilities
Delivery Execution
- Owns the complete delivery lifecycle for small to mid-sized efforts
- Manages multiple low to moderately complex processes, programs, and products across various technology domains and business areas
- Accountable for scope, roadmaps, budget, staffing, and impediment management for programs and BAU activities
- Oversees development and execution of small to medium technology and enterprise programs
- Leads cross-functional development from design to delivery
- Aligns financials and resources to ensure delivery of key business outcomes
- Monitors progress and performance, identifies risks and areas for improvement, and communicates recommendations to stakeholders
Delivery Operations & Vendor Management
- Supervises program-level financial forecasts and reconciliation
- Collaborates with technology leaders to optimize vendor performance and resource alignment
Process & Standards
- Evaluates and streamlines workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Implements best practices to enhance delivery speed and quality
- Ensures compliance with SDLC, Agile, and project management standards
- Drives standardization, governance, and best practices across the delivery organization
