- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure top-tier quality control and compliance with all standards
Mitigate & Manage
- Identify potential risks and develop smart contingency plans
- Enforce safety protocols to protect your team and the public
- Keep projects on track, on time, and on budget
Execute & Deliver
- Oversee daily site operations and contract administration
- Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed

What You Bring:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience managing large-scale civil projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for building better, safer, and smarter communities

- PMP or PE certification
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
