Location: Fargo, ND

Travel: 100% travel during the week; home every weekend

Summary / Objective

We are seeking a Hydraulic door Service Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to customer sites throughout the region to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage doors and related systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently, this position offers an exciting opportunity with consistent home time on weekends.

Essential Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair garage doors, openers, and related hardware.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary adjustments or replacements.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Travel extensively during the week to various job sites; company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous experience in garage door installation/service or related field preferred, but training provided.

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time position with 100% travel during weekdays.
• Home every weekend.
• Overtime may be required based on project needs.

This is a Permanent position based out of WEST FARGO, ND.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
