Join our team as a Press Brake Operator where you will be responsible for crafting parts for agricultural and transportation products. You will work with blueprints to set up and adjust programs on Trumpf and other 100+ ton presses, load and unload materials, and make necessary machine adjustments.
Responsibilities- Manufacture parts for agricultural and transportation products using press brake machines.
- Set up and adjust programs on Trumpf and other large presses based on blueprints.
- Load and unload materials and make machine adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure accurate interpretation and execution of blueprints during production.
- Experience operating press brake machines for at least 2 years.
- Ability to set up and change over between parts efficiently.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Experience in machine setup and blueprint reading is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Work EnvironmentWork in a newly expanded, modern shop with approximately 40 team members across all shifts. The role involves a 12:30 PM to 11 PM shift from Monday to Thursday, with Friday available for overtime. Training will initially take place on the day shift for 3-6 weeks, depending on skill acquisition speed. A $2/hr shift differential is offered for night shifts.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, ND.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
