Join our team as an Assembler, where you will be responsible for building sub-assemblies for agricultural products as well as for bus companies. This role requires following detailed work instructions to construct products of varying sizes using hand and power tools. The position involves lifting up to 50 lbs and includes packaging and kitting parts based on job numbers.
Responsibilities- Build sub-assemblies for agricultural products and bus companies.
- Follow detailed work instructions to construct assemblies.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
- Package and kit parts based on specific job numbers.
- Handle products that can be large in size and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 1+ year of assembly experience.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience in mechanical assembly.
- Automotive assembly experience is an advantage.
- Forklift operation skills.
- General labor and production skills.

Work EnvironmentWork alongside approximately 40 colleagues across all shifts. The standard working hours are from 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays. The dress code and safety measures are aligned with industry standards to ensure a comfortable and secure working environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, ND.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
