Job Title: Skilled Machine Operators & Machinists $20/hr. - $28/hr.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, brake presses, lathes, mills, and other precision equipment
• Set up machines, adjust tooling, and monitor production runs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, tolerances, and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Technical training or certifications preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blair, NE.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
