Job Title: CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LABORER
Description:

A modular trailer company is seeking General Laborers to help repair and refurbish trailers through carpentry, basic electrical work, painting, and cleaning. This is process-driven, repetitive work that rewards reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
• Repair and refurbish modular trailers following standard procedures.
• Perform floor repairs, window and door removal/installation, and weather stripping.
• Complete basic carpentry, painting, and minor electrical repairs.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Clean trailers thoroughly (similar to apartment-style cleaning).
• Troubleshoot minor issues and complete assigned task lists daily.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work at a steady pace while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
Essential Skills:
• Experience with general labor, construction, shop, or production work.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Basic carpentry, painting, and measuring skills.
• Ability to repair floors, windows, and doors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to repeat tasks consistently.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow training and procedures.
Work Environment / Schedule:
• Shop-based modular trailer repair facility.
• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fremont, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
