Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures; interpret and communicate relevant employment laws.
- Administer employee benefits, including claims support, reporting changes, invoice approval, and employee communication.
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for open and new positions.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and support conflict resolution.
- Coordinate new‑hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and annual Open Enrollment activities.
- Provide technical and system support to HR system users.

- HR experience or two years of experience in a related field
- Degree in HR or related field
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- HRIS experience preferred
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong administrative experience
- HR generalist experience preferred but not required
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Basic Excel skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
