Your Day-to-Day:
This role will primarily be responsible for timekeeping support. These resources will be responsible for interfacing with the different departments onsite, going into different buildings and talking to people about the system, challenges with timekeeping, etc. They will be responsible for collecting this information and feedback to make corrections within the timekeeping system. These resources will also be responsible for sitting down with the individual to provide troubleshooting support. The timekeepers are also responsible for working with the hiring leader to characterize/prioritize these issues so that the leader can escalate to IT if needed. The general administrative resource will be responsible for coordinating site visits from different organizations who come to visit the site. The admin resource should have an outgoing personality and should not be afraid to develop and maintain relationships and ask questions. The admin role may be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations and getting rooms booked for the timekeepers to hold the team meetings.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in the UKG/Workday system. Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Team utilizes Teams for communications in addition to Outlook, proficiency/experience with ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.
