Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
As a production associate, you will be an integral part of a team of five, working on a rolling line. Your primary responsibilities will include rolling, weighing, bagging, and loading products onto trailers while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Roll the product and place it on weigh stations.
- Bag the product and load it onto trailers.
- Consistently lift up to 50lbs during shifts.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards through careful inspection.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with team members.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in production, with at least 2 years of relevant work.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks, including packaging and packing.
- Capability to lift 50lbs consistently and work while standing for 8 hours.

Work Environment
The work environment is non-climate controlled and may expose employees to dust. The shift runs from 6 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work. This role requires physical endurance and a commitment to safety.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
