• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems like a boss.
• Perform preventive maintenance that actually prevents problems.
• Keep detailed records because future-you (and your team) will thank you.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize high-fives.
• Suggest improvements like the innovator you are.

🧠What You Bring to the Table (Besides Tools):

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• A knack for solving problems under pressure (cape optional).
• Familiarity with PLCs, HVAC, pneumatics, and other techy stuff.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maybe even minds.
• A safety-first mindset and a team-first attitude.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
