Hiring Warehouse Associates

We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive accurate, well‑packed, and high‑quality products. Location: Omaha, NE

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: $17/hr

Responsibilities

• Place product into coolers and affix correct labels to ensure accurate and properly packed orders
• Follow all company safety policies at all times
• Visually inspect product, coolers, packaging, and dry ice for cleanliness or defects
• Use proper procedures to reduce or prevent product damage
• Lift dry ice from bins to scales and verify weights
• Place dry ice from conveyor into appropriately sized coolers
• Reject defective dry ice based on weight, specifications, and packaging standards
• Identify different shipping modes and apply correct shipper labels
• Perform quality control checks to ensure orders are correct and professionally presented
• Correct packing errors by obtaining the proper product or premium and documenting the issue is

Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Able to understand and follow instructions accurately

Work Environment

• Large warehouse setting with conveyor belts and fast‑moving product
• Normal warehouse temperature (not a freezer environment)
• Active, hands‑on role requiring consistent movement and lifting

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
