Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair. This role involves setting up and troubleshooting injection molding equipment, accessing and modifying PLC logic for repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Set up and perform technical troubleshooting on injection molding machines.
  • Access, program, and modify PLC logic to facilitate repairs.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery.
  • Set up molds and monitor equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in maintenance on injection molding machines.
  • At least 1 year of experience in PLC and electrical troubleshooting.
  • 6+ months of preventative maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with pumps, air compressors, motors, chillers, and valves.
  • Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and PLC knowledge.
  • Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in mold setting is preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment includes multiple shift options: 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 2nd shift from 3:10 PM to 11:40 PM, and 3rd shift from 11:20 PM to 7:20 AM, with potential additional hours on weekends. Training is provided on the day shift for 6-12 months depending on experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
