CARPENTER FOREMAN
$23–$35/hr Depending on Experience
If you’re a skilled carpenter who can lead a crew and still work with your tools, this is the job for you. A high‑end residential builder is looking for a Carpenter Foreman to help build custom homes from the ground up. This is a working foreman role — you’ll lead by example and take pride in quality craftsmanship.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–5 carpenters
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes
- Frame walls, floors, and roofs; set trusses and beams
- Install doors, windows, trim, flooring, cabinetry, and built‑ins
- Handle sheathing and detailed interior/exterior trim
- Read and follow blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools
- Assist with drywall, roofing‑related carpentry, and outdoor structures (fascia, pergolas)
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential carpentry experience (rough and/or finish)
- Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
- Experience leading small crews
- Comfortable reading blueprints
- Proficient with saws, nail guns, measuring tools, and other hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Bonus Skills
- Cabinetry or built‑in installation experience
- Restoration, painting, or outdoor carpentry experience
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work independently
- Willing to learn and grow within residential construction

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
