Step into a exciting role, field-based Project Manager position where your expertise will directly influence the success off large-scale Agricultural and Industrial construction projects. As the client-facing leader, you’ll be entrusted with end-to-end project execution, performance monitoring, and delivery across diverse civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes. Your leadership and expertise will drive meaningful impact every day.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of both field operations and client communications, delivering results across

multiple disciplines. The projects focus on delivering innovative, tailored solutions for the planning, design, construction, and outfitting of animal and livestock production facilities. Your main responsibilities will include:

·     Leading on-site execution of Ag and Industrial construction projects. Specifically focused are

·      Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting meetings, providing progress updates, and managing expectations

·      Owning project KPIs—schedule, cost, productivity, safety, and quality

·      Managing grading and earthwork, including cut/fill operations and underground utility coordination

·      Overseeing large-scale concrete formwork and pours, including 10-foot elements supporting major steel columns

·      Coordinating structural steel erection with foundations and downstream trades

·      Managing and sequencing installation of advanced systems: automated feedlines, water lines, heavy electrical, ductwork, and airflow systems

·      Leading subcontractor coordination, field execution meetings, and look-ahead planning

·      Identifying risks early and proactively resolving issues

·      Ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Construction Systems & Tools You’ll Use

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong working

knowledge of construction and project management software, including:

·    Project scheduling and tracking tools (such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar)

·      Estimating and cost tracking systems

·      Daily reporting, progress tracking, and KPI dashboards

You’ll be adept at translating field progress into clear, executive-level reporting, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

What You Bring to the Table

Required:

·  8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Agricultural, Industrial, or heavy construction environments

·      Strong, hands-on expertise in grading, earthwork, concrete formwork, foundations, and structural steel coordination

·      Deep understanding of underground utilities, water lines, heavy electrical systems, and ductwork/airflow systems

·      Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and manage KPIs

·      Demonstrated success leading complex projects independently in active field environments

·      Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred:

·  Experience with Ag/Industrial and Livestock

Facilities

·  Owner’s representative or design-build project

Travel & Compensation Highlights

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $145000.00/hr.
