LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRICIAN
Description:
We’re hiring an experienced Low Voltage Electrician to install, terminate, and test low voltage systems at commercial job sites. This is a field‑based role with steady work across schools, hospitals, and commercial facilities, offering hands‑on technical variety and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Install and test low voltage systems including A/V, paging, security, and access control
• Pull, dress, label, and terminate CAT5/CAT6, fiber, coax, and low voltage cabling
• Install racks, cable trays, patch panels, MDF/IDF equipment, and workstation outlets
• Run and bend conduit; perform firestopping as required
• Troubleshoot cabling, terminations, and system connectivity issues
Essential Skills:
• 2+ years of low voltage cable pulling experience
• Strong experience terminating CAT5/CAT6 and working with racks and patch panels
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience running and bending conduit
• Comfortable working in commercial and active jobsite environments
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with fire alarm, security, CCTV, or access control systems
• Building automation experience is a plus
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
