Patient Services Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Onsite)
Shift (Please read): Monday – Friday (Must have availability to work within a 7 AM start and 7 PM end time. (8 hours a day/40 hours per week)
Location: Conway, NH
Pay Rate: $18-20+/HR (Depending on Experience)
About the Role: As a Patient Service Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. You will be responsible for greeting and registering patients, providing clear information about their visit, and assisting with scheduling future appointments both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients, explain visit procedures, and provide follow-up appointment details.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings and confirmations via phone and in-person.
- Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance eligibility, obtain necessary authorizations, collect co-pays, and counsel patients on their financial responsibilities.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare intake forms, maintain accurate records, and adhere to payment reconciliation protocols.
- Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless patient service.
- Environment Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients and staff.

Qualifications:
· Strong customer service skills
· 1+ year of steady employment within a customer service-based position (Retail, Hospitality, or Office settings)
· Proven ability to work with and navigate a computer desktop efficiently (Microsoft Office)
· Proficient in the use of all necessary office equipment, computers, faxes, copiers, etc.
· Fluent typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute) and proficiency with Windows-based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
