Job Title: X-ray Technologist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable X-ray Technologist to join our healthcare team. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, maintaining equipment, managing patient flow, and supporting clinical operations. While primarily based at one location, occasional travel to nearby sites may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray exams on 10–30 patients daily.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of imaging equipment.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks.
• Manage inventory and order clinical supplies as needed.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and workflow.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks during non-clinical hours.
• Collaborate with other technologists and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state radiologic technologist license and national certification (e.g., ARRT).
• Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in orthopedic imaging.
• Familiarity with computed radiography (CR) systems.
• Willingness to learn and seek guidance when needed.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced outpatient or clinical setting with variable patient volume.
• Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
