Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on residential and commercial survey projects, primarily focusing on design in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Perform title surveys to determine property lines and boundaries.
• Conduct route surveys for infrastructure and transportation projects.
• Assist in construction layout, ensuring accurate placement of structures.
• Create and update tax maps reflecting current property assessments.
• Establish and verify property boundaries for land development projects.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Map 3D, or Microstation software.
• Experience with land surveying techniques and tools.
• Competency in Carlson Survey software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior construction layout or field experience is preferred.
