Filling Machine Operators – 2nd & 3rd Shift | Cherry Hill, NJ

Aerotek is hiring experienced Filling Machine Operators for a top pharmaceutical manufacturer in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is a direct‑hire role with full benefits and extensive paid training.

Job Duties

• Operate filling machines to fill & cap bottles
• Perform quality checks and collect samples
• Maintain production documentation
• Assist with basic preventative maintenance
• Work in full gowning/PPE environment

Shifts

• 2nd Shift: 3 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM – 7:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
• Weekends as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Experience with filling machines or automated production equipment
• Aseptic technique experience preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $52624.00/yr.

Annual performance bonus, commission, and share potential Auto enrollment in a Hikma-sponsored 401(k) program at a pre-tax contribution rate of 3% of eligible pay.
