Seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory management and smooth operations on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull parts from inventory for jobs on the production floor.
• Receive and properly store incoming parts into inventory.
• Perform routine inventory tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of parts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move parts as required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Clifton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.

 2 weeks paid vacation after one year of service @ December 31. (additional 2 ½ days at each 5 year interval) *


401K/Profit Sharing Plan

 Voya Life Insurance & Annuity Company
 Employee deferrals weekly on a pre-tax basis.
 Company match of fifty cents to every dollar deferred to a maximum of 4% of salary.
 Eligibility the first of January, April, July, & October following 60 days of employment.
