Hiring: Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead and support all engineering activities from the manufacturing stage through final product delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on mentoring engineers and technicians, driving technical problem-solving, and enhancing the sophistication of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project schedules across customers, internal teams, and the supply chain.
• Supervise, hire, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, technicians, and interns.
• Apply and teach advanced manufacturing techniques to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Partner with the design team to develop innovative solutions and bring product concepts to life.
• Conduct testing and theoretical analysis to ensure product safety, performance, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Essential Skills:

• Expertise in project scheduling and quoting.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines and related technologies.
