Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you'll play a crucial role in our shipping and receiving operations. This position offers a chance to engage in hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock shelves and sort packages.
• Organize items efficiently within the warehouse.
• Scan, label, and mark inventory items accurately.
• Operate an RF scanner for inventory management.

• Experience in general labor and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of shipping, stocking, and manual pallet jack usage.
• Familiarity with picking, packing, and sorting orders.
• Proficiency in using RF scanner and related inventory tools.
• Ability to handle material and load items safely.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and train on CROWN trucks once permanently hired.

The work environment is a fast-paced warehouse with narrow aisles. Safety is a priority with forklifts and hand carts frequently navigating the space. The temperature varies with the seasons, with heating in the winter and fans in the summer. Dress in light, breathable layers and wear appropriate footwear such as sneakers or boots. Electronic devices are not permitted within the warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
