Job Description

The Machine Operator will work with various machinery such as mixers, fillers, and packaging equipment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of production cycles in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and adjusting processing and packaging machines to ensure proper configuration for production cycles.
• Monitoring machine operation to ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning.
• Troubleshooting and identifying issues that arise during operation and addressing them promptly.
• Performing basic maintenance tasks regularly to optimize machine performance.

Essential Skills

• Bottling experience or pharmaceutical.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Proficiency in packaging, machine operation, production, general production, and inspection.

Work Environment

This position involves working night shifts from 6:30 pm to 7 am in a beverage manufacturing setting, requiring comfort with long hours and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $22.06 - $22.06/hr.
