Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
The Machine Operator will work with various machinery such as mixers, fillers, and packaging equipment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of production cycles in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and adjusting processing and packaging machines to ensure proper configuration for production cycles.
- Monitoring machine operation to ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning.
- Troubleshooting and identifying issues that arise during operation and addressing them promptly.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks regularly to optimize machine performance.
Essential Skills
- Bottling experience or pharmaceutical.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Proficiency in packaging, machine operation, production, general production, and inspection.

Work Environment
This position involves working night shifts from 6:30 pm to 7 am in a beverage manufacturing setting, requiring comfort with long hours and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.06 - $22.06/hr.
