Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Freehold, NJ

Pay: $22 - $30 an hour

A high reputable construction company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to invoice processing, matching invoices to purchase orders, processing vendor invoices, data entry, and much more!

Job Description:

• Match delivery tickets to invoices
• Code, prepare and enter invoices accounts payable program
• Verify accuracy of invoice entry in accounts payable program
• Organize and maintain accounts payables files and records
• Understanding the process of holding retainage on a vendor’s invoices
• Back charging vendors as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years’ Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with a large ERP (Sage, Sap, Oracle, NetSuite, Yardi, etc.)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
