Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager who thrives in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction, with a focus on coordinating technical aspects of projects, attending design and construction meetings, and preparing design and contract documents. You will assist the construction administration team during the construction phase and coordinate technical issues with project consultants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all technical aspects of projects.
• Attend project meetings involving design and construction.
• Prepare design and contract documents.
• Assist the construction administration team during the construction phase.
• Coordinate technical issues with project consultants.

Essential Skills

• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Ability to manage K-12 projects from inception through completion.
• 10-20 years of experience within architecture and construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with MEP and external engineering trade coordination.
• Experience in public, educational, K-12, institutional, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit is a plus.
