Job Title: Alarm Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing alarm systems in high-end residential and light commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair security and fire alarm systems.
- Perform annual inspections and testing.
- Conduct system installations and upgrades.
- Complete work orders and reports using a company-provided tablet.
- Coordinate with the office support team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be available for overtime and on-call work as needed.
Essential Skills
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in alarm systems.
- Experience with Honeywell Vista and Qolsys systems.
- Familiarity with both hardwired and wireless systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional systems such as Interlogix, 2Gig, DSC, Napco, Silent Knight, Fire Lite.
- Network/IT experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
