Job Title: Alarm Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Alarm Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing alarm systems in high-end residential and light commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair security and fire alarm systems.
• Perform annual inspections and testing.
• Conduct system installations and upgrades.
• Complete work orders and reports using a company-provided tablet.
• Coordinate with the office support team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be available for overtime and on-call work as needed.

Essential Skills

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in alarm systems.
• Experience with Honeywell Vista and Qolsys systems.
• Familiarity with both hardwired and wireless systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional systems such as Interlogix, 2Gig, DSC, Napco, Silent Knight, Fire Lite.
• Network/IT experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hackettstown, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.

PTO, Medical, benefit's, Life and PTO

This is a fully onsite position in Hackettstown,NJ.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 2, 2026.
