Job Title: Contracts and Pricing Analyst

Job Description

Assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based on current business and competitive market dynamics. Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis. Monitor the ongoing competitive environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact the company reputation or customer satisfaction. Partner with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to correctly position the product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. Evaluate opportunities to monetize products offered initially at little to no cost or to create upsell opportunities as products are repositioned in the marketplace. Project the impact of pricing changes, individual promotions, and rebate programs on revenue. Create and administer pricing databases and coordinate the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing, Business Development, and Finance teams to position the product portfolio effectively.
• Establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
• Explore opportunities to monetize initially free products or create upsell opportunities as products are repositioned.
• Project the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and rebate programs on revenue.
• Create and manage pricing databases.
• Coordinate the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel with 1+ years of experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with contracts or pricing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn systems and manage repetitive tasks.
• Skills in PowerBi, JDE/Oracle, and Excel.

Work Environment

This position is remote, supporting a defined region.
