Job Title: Environmental Reviewer

Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Sr Reviewer to lead technical reviews and sign off on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, strong communication skills, and kn in geology, environmental science, or engineering. The candidate must be detail-oriented, experienced with equity and lender ESAs, and capable of mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical reviews and sign-offs as an Environmental Professional (EP) on Phase I ESAs.
• Coordinate with junior staff during the Phase I ESA process.
• Communicate findings with clients effectively.
• Manage research, field activities, and report preparation.
• Mentor and guide junior staff.
• Develop conclusions and recommendations based on findings.
• Interpret data and information accurately.
• Review and revise reports prepared by junior staff.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports for clients.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related science field.
• 5-10 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs.
• 5-10 years or more of experience in technically reviewing and providing sr sign-off on Phase I ESAs.
• Experience in preparing equity purchase Phase I ESAs.
• Experience in preparing Lender Phase I ESAs.

• Background in geology, environmental science, or engineering.
